Born and raised in “Food Heaven” Penang, Roy is passionate about Malaysian Cuisine and commits his entire career to sharing it with the locale in its most authentic taste. With more than 30 years of experience, Roy knows his way around every herb and spice and carefully combines their unique flavours, together with only the freshest of ingredients, to bring out the best in each and every one of his dishes.
